Organisational Manager

The role of the Organisational Manager is crucial to ensuring the day-to-day business functions and overall business goals are met. The Organisational Mangers role is to primarily delegate workloads throughout the office and to also provide support/ aid to other employees when necessary.

The Organisational Manager is a key member at Olleh and overlooks the productivity, quality and standards of the work being produced. As well as being focused on the team the Organisational Manager also provides strong customer service skills.

STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Communicate effectively in the delivery of all Olleh’s services and products
  • Liaise with clients during the application process
  • Input all necessary data and information to ensure the clients processing is as smooth as possible
  • Interact with the clients to ensure all the information is up to date
  • Complete BID Notes on client files
  • Check client files
  • Respond to client queries in regard to necessary documents

OFFICE MANAGEMENT

  • Provide support for the team when/if necessary
  • Set the standard of how things should be done and ensure this standard is maintained
  • Have regular meetings and trouble shoot any problems with the team
  • Ensure that the team is on track
  • Encourage team members and manage office personnel
  • Set and achieve business goals
  • Ensure that all office products are in working order
  • Complete office stock takes when applicable
  • Delegate work to the team and maintain a steady flow
  • Communicate effectively with each team member

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Demonstrate high level data entry
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail in the data entry process
  • Complete data cleansing and archiving processes
  • Answer incoming calls and make all necessary outbound calls as directed
  • Make recommendations for procedural changes to increase efficiency
  • Delegate tasks to other team members
  • Strong archiving processes

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service in person, on the phone and via email
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and courtesy
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent records and file management skills
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Knowledge and experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook

Client Applications Officer

The role of the Client Applications Officer is to process all client applications including providing a professional and proactive service to all potential and existing clients.

The role provides a high-level client engagement and relational process in the client management process.

This role is instrumental in maintaining the strategic and operational vision of the business and focuses on the growth and positioning of Olleh’s services and products.

Client Administration Officer

The Client Administration Officer provides high level administration support for client applications whilst providing a professional and proactive service. The role is instrumental in maintaining the strategic and operational vision of the business and serves as a first point of contact.

Credit Analyst

The Credit Analyst works on behalf of the client and lender by verifying all applications to facilitate the origination of lending facilities, whilst providing a professional and proactive service.
