Credit Analyst

The Credit Analyst works on behalf of the client and lender by verifying all applications to facilitate the origination of lending facilities, whilst providing a professional and proactive service.

STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Serve as point of contact for clients and referral partners
  • Act as a liaison between Finance Partner, referral partner, clients, and lender
  • Provide referral partners with timely and periodic status updates of their leads
  • Return all enquiry calls within one business day
  • Communicate effectively in the delivery of all Olleh’s services and products

LOAN WRITING

  • Collect required information from clients
  • Prepare solutions for clients
  • Meet with prospective clients and provide lending solutions
  • Work with various lenders to find the most suitable product for a client
  • Evaluate income documentation, credit history, tax information and bank statements for financial status
  • Define repayment terms to clients and educate them on default consequences
  • Ensure client privacy, security of files and appropriate staff access
  • Assure that all client files are complete and in compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Meet with referral partners to develop rapport and establish referral network
  • Provide training to referral partners to assist with lead generation
  • Attend industry functions and training

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking required
  • Must have extensive knowledge of lending, real estate contracts and lending language
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service in person, e-mail and on the phone
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and courtesy
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent records and file management skills
  • Knowledge and experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook

WORKING STANDARDS

  • Positively and proactively engage with the team and all other stakeholders of KJ & Partners
  • Maintain the vision and values as set out in Olleh Statement of Core Values
  • Work appropriately in the office space and when representing Olleh
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Travel to other locations as required

Client Applications Officer

The role of the Client Applications Officer is to process all client applications including providing a professional and proactive service to all potential and existing clients.

The role provides a high-level client engagement and relational process in the client management process.

This role is instrumental in maintaining the strategic and operational vision of the business and focuses on the growth and positioning of Olleh’s services and products.

Organisational Manager

The role of the Organisational Manager is crucial to ensuring the day-to-day business functions and overall business goals are met. The Organisational Mangers role is to primarily delegate workloads throughout the office and to also provide support/ aid to other employees when necessary.

The Organisational Manager is a key member at Olleh and overlooks the productivity, quality and standards of the work being produced. As well as being focused on the team the Organisational Manager also provides strong customer service skills.

Client Administration Officer

The Client Administration Officer provides high level administration support for client applications whilst providing a professional and proactive service. The role is instrumental in maintaining the strategic and operational vision of the business and serves as a first point of contact.
