Broker Support Officer
The Broker Support Officer plays a vital administrative and coordination role, providing operational and customer service support to brokers and clients.
This role ensures the smooth and efficient processing of applications, maintains accurate documentation, and supports brokers in achieving timely outcomes for customers.
Client Experience and Retention Officer
The Client Experience and Retention Officer is responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and guidance in a compliant, professional manner.
This role ensures clients feel valued, informed, and supported without giving product advice, in line with AFG compliance standards.
The focus is on client care, engagement, and retention, reinforcing the boutique, family-style culture of the brokerage.
